Administrative management and quality control

The aim of this deliverable is to summarise and share with partners the experiences of administrative ‘twinning’ and knowledge transfer, as well as steps taken to monitor project quality and promote excellence throughout and after the project. It will include documents generated by milestones related to administrative management, expert visits, and quality control (MS1.2, M1; MS1.3, M2; MS1.9, M30; MS1.11, M34; MS1.12, M36). The report will be for immediate dissemination and will provide a model of good practice in administrative management and quality control. It will be aimed at Croatian institutions in the public and private sectors likely to apply to H2020 programmes, to other EU funding bodies, and/or to Croatian funding agencies.
