External and intra-consortium e-collaboration tool v1.

For easier and more effective collaboration among consortium members (e.g facilitating joined paper and deliverable writing, version management, information sharing, stakeholders data-base management, etc) and with stakeholders, an e-collaboration tool will be established based on Drupal CMS. This deliverable reports about the current public contents and the structure of the document store.
