It will document the dissemination strategy and it will outline the dissemination activities and events that will take place during the projects lifecycle the target audience the timing the communication types and the media channels In addition the protection and exploitation of the projects Foreground will be defined in the plan For the needs of the midterm and final report of the project the dissemination and exploitation plan will be updated including a record of activities related to the dissemination and exploitation that have been undertaken till the submission of the reports and those still planned
