Performance review of the CoE (Years 1 and 2) - This deliverable will detail the performance of the InnoRenew CoE over its first two years of operation according to the prescribed methods presented in Deliverable 2.1. Including actions to remedy any shortcomings, and plans to adjust metrics as necessary.
