Report on best practices in research management and administration

In this report, we will summarise the lessons learned from the excellent twinning partners that should guide TalTech's future actions regarding research management and administration.We will collect information from these relevant actions:- Workshops (since they may contain transferable skill training sessions that will address issues of proposal writing, management, reporting, etc.,)- Summer schools will serve to keep all partners up to date on the state of the art. - Papers in conferences and journals (TalTech will learn how to best disseminate its work by attending and submitting papers to renowned conferences, as well as journals, akin to the practices of its Twinning partners.)Finally, effective project management practices will be sought from the internationally-recognized partners.
