Report on satisfaction evaluation from user perspectives

Responsible Partner IITB (Task 1.4) This report will sum up the results from the satisfaction evaluation out of the co-creation workshops through key stakeholder ‘interviews and possibly focus group discussion per use case, to assess qualitatively the results of the project. The goal of this document will be to catch insights on how the different target groups of stakeholders perceive improvements and changes resulting from the project, in comparison with the initial co-specifications developed at the co-creative workshops.
