This deliverable is the implementation (with an accompanying document) of the tools developed within WP3 and will include the final version of (i) the mechanisms for Horizontal and Vertical elasticity of T3.2; (ii) approaches for proactive horizontal and vertical scaling and load balancing from T3.4; (iii) optimization based approaches for horizontal and vertical scaling and load balancing from T3.5.
