NESOI assessment framework

Update on the NESOI assessment framework, mainly related to updated list of KPIs used to support T6.1 and feed NESOI’s Facilitating Platform. The D6.1 list of KPIs will be updating every 6 months to include the effect of any arising parameters on the evaluation of the island plans (Task 6.1)
