Preventive Health & Safety Application v1

Intermediate version of the Preventive Health & Safety Application – an existing health and safety rule checking prototype is enriched, while current computational runtime issues, such as the combinatorial explosion of alternative high-level semantic interpretations of the state of a construction site given noisy, low-level symbolic observations from field sensor data, and the need to simultaneously check potential construction site states against a large knowledge base of hazard rules, is addressed.
