Second release of mechanisms for dynamic distribution of intelligence

This deliverable describes the developed algorithms for optimizing placement of computation in heterogeneous beyond 5G/6G edge networks, summarizes the final results of distribution and migration techniques, and presents the evaluation/experimentation results.
