Digital Twin Platform v1

First version of the protype implementation of the Digital Twin Platform – the first partial prototype deployment of the Digital Twin Platform is performed; integration of the tools developed in WP7 into an integrated tool-box that can be used by other WP4-6 tools is also considered.
