Final update of the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan

Update of the protocols as there is an obligation for partners to carry out exploitation for another four years after the project. The Knowledge Output Pathways and Knowledge Transfer Plans are included. An update of the Horizon Results Platform and information about that in the DEP.
