Evaluating the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the project intervention in each target country against impact indicators. The assessment will address how the roundtables and enabling actions have triggered specific energy efficiency finance actions (as described in Section 2) as well as the outcomes this brings according to quantifiable and qualitative indicators. Moreover, it will investigate the aspects of sustainability.
