Communication and dissemination plan

The deliverable will ensure the on-going project to be well connected within the OPERAS infrastructure and the results from the project to be spread throughout different communities and networks. Therefore the communication and dissemination plan will combine apt tools and communication channels, with two planned revisions to accommodate the plan to the dynamic progress of the project.
