Complete extension and customisation of DataSHIELD, Opal, and MOLGENIS for the specific analytic needs of EUCAN-Connect. Task T5.6 completed in all respects. N.B. In contrast to M5.2, D5.2 includes completion of the development work to enable analysis of high throughput omics data in DataSHIELD. Tasks T5.7, T5.8, and T5.9 completed.
