Improved emission factors and emission profiles for use in the STEAM model

This report will provide emission factors and activity profiles to be used for the different inventorying areas and ports of the EMERGE project, using the STEAM model. The report comes as an output of Task 3.4 and will provide the method used to derive both emission factors and the activity profiles (both for engine and after-treatment devices).
