Summary
Final version Citizen engagement tool, including user survey: To establish the final version, user feedback will be taken into account. The specific modifications of the tool will emerge from the user requirements analysis. In addition, an internal evaluation within the EXHAUSTION team will be taken into account. Thus, D6.4 will describe the first version of the tool that will be offered to EFA, Quercus and the general public for pilot use, whereas from M36 we will continuously receive feedback from actual users via an issue tracking and prioritization tool and will modify/ optimize the tool, a final version of which will be available by the end of the project. Through the citizens engagement tool, citizens will be able to a) get convenient access to easy-to-understand information on episodes of extreme heat and/or air pollution; b) get automated alerts, triggered when a parameter exceeds limit values, for the specific user profile; c) receive customized information on everyday activities such as traveling, commuting and sports activities, based on their location. d) report their perception on extreme heat / air quality on specific locations. Regarding the security of the platform, we apply security best practices, ensuring that users’ personal information are not accessible by third parties.Outcome of T6.7
