AML-IP implementation - Revised M36

An AMP-IP implementation prototype will be released as open source. Also, an implementation report which will describe challenges, alternatives, directions and results will be periodically updated. The implementation delivered will contain the state of the different parts of AML-IP, that belongs to tasks 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3.
