Strategy for Addressing the Ethics and Intellectual Property Rights in the Project (M1, with updates in M12 and M24). The report will clarify the roles and procedures for addressing the ethics and intellectual property in the project. It will ensure consistent application of legal and ethical frameworks (based on EC Ethics Appraisal Procedure), and assist the full partnership in the appropriate implementation of activities and the monitoring of ethics aspects incl. the ‘do no significant harm’ principle and Intellectual Property (IP) rights protection. The deliverable is developed in the context of Task 1.2.
