State of the art on key barriers and levers for policy coherence

State of the art on key barriers and levers for policy coherence will take a form of a report developed in task 6.1. It will identify barriers and levers of coherent implementation of an overarching policy objective (biodiversity protection) within the existing environmental and sectoral policies that may have contradicting objectives. It will highlight the potential and limitations of the integrative policy frameworks.
