D4.2.1 Design of the mF2C Platform block components and microagents (IT-1)

This deliverable reports in M9 the IT-1 results coming from the design of the Platform Blocks and microagents that will feed into the integration activities in WP4. The final version in M30 constitutes the final report describing the definitive Platform Block and microagents design. An internal version is used for IT-2.
