First report on VERGE edge intelligence and network management

This document will gather the preliminary design of the AI for edge solutions envisioned by VERGE. It will describe the AI technical and operational requirements, the demanded input metrics as well as the definition of the outputs, and the measurable KPIs that will be used for assessing the distinct solutions. The document will also describe how WP3 solutions will interconnect with WP2, and what interfaces would be needed to gather data and implement action policies.
