Summary
D4.1: Report on international MRV initiatives for soil carbon and associated methodologies (M12). It will integrate national soil based MRV (Task4.1) and MRV based on carbon balance (Task 4.2) systems. It will include an assessment of the current modelling tools for assessing C balance.
