The report provides a mapping of cities, particularly in terms fragmentation of spaces (access to public services, medical services, possible school maps, transport accessibility, segregated areas, NGO network, etc.).The protocol used is to collect existing data on ; 1. The map of each city and difficult neighbourhoods, based on access to public services, the presence and quality of mobility infrastructures, the school map and spatial and socio-ethnic segregation.2. The sociology of the city and the disadvantaged neighbourhoods or suburbs (such as the Bacalan or the Aubiers in Bordeaux; the Bijlmermeer neighbourhood in Amsterdam, the Ferentari neighbourhood in Bucharest and la Mina in Barcelona and Gerone). The city's demographics will help locate minority populations.3. The city's social housing policy. Rehabilitation programs for sensitive neighbourhoods, possible gentrification processes.
