User Journey Methodology definition - Final

This deliverable will include the final version of the ACROSS User Journey Methodology that has been applied in the co-creation sessions. In this final version of the document the User Journey Methodology will be updated considering the experiences, lessons learned and feedback from its application into the specific ACROSS pilots.
