Specification for identifying and tracking hydropower R&I needs, actions and funding

This specification defines how the ETIP HYDROPOWER will identify, map and track hydropower R&I needs, actions and funding - including use of the consultation platform to include this functionality. The approach will align with any existing platforms and consider ways in which efforts for updates and maintenance can be minimised.Linked to Task 3.1
