D4.1 JT monitoring framework and toolbox

Based on the insights and lessons from task 4.1 we will develop a systematic methodology that will first of all help our stakeholders in 7 regions to measure Just Transition-related processes (baseline, medium-term changes, long-term changes). This framework will suggest: (i) a number of indicators around various aspect of justice (income, social vulnerability, gender, etc.), participation/empowerment, “good” and “just” governance by local authorities, etc.; and (ii) methods for collecting relevant data and qualitative methods for monitoring etc. Here we will connect and integrate the JT priority scorecard indicators (developed in Task 2.3). All these will be translated and presented as a toolbox for JT monitoring and assessment and deployed further in the target regions, as well as enclosed in the Transition guidelines developed in WP1.D4.1. The JT monitoring framework and toolbox pilot will be launched in month 16 and will be update in month 30
