Minutes of the first General Assembly meeting

Minutes of the General Assembly meetings, where strategic decisions are made. GA is chaired by the Coordinator (ICRC), and involves all the consortium members and will meet at least once a year. Eventually, these meetings could be organized as virtual workshops using the video conferencing tools.
