E&T Gap Analysis in the domain of safety of SMRs and hybrid energy systems

E&T Gap Analysis in the domain of safety of SMRs and hybrid energy systems.The knowledge, skills and competences required by the domainsaddressed in the TANDEM project will be firstly classified and categorized to identify the training needs required to address the core topics. Then, an analysis on what courses are available that may address them will be conducted. This will allow to find areas where new or further E&T would be required on the basis of either low supply coverage (i.e.: few options currently available) and/or partial coverage (i.e.: only a subset of the knowledge, skills and competences are addressed), hereby constituting the gap analysis between the E&T needs and how they can be covered.
