Orientation papers to EO and R&D funding agencies

This deliverable is linked to T4.3. Its objective is to provide feedback to public and private funding agencies and private investors financing programmes and projects in the area of EO, and specifically space observation including ESA, Copernicus Climate Change Service, EUSPA by preparing at least 4 orientation papers (T4.3).
