This report refers to T2.1 and will update D2.1, including: Improved cooperative governance models with more collaboration between stakeholders, vertically across governance levels and horizontally across sectors and disciplines; Governance models going beyond the scope of urban nodes and focus on regional cooperation on the FUA level; Innovation partnerships for public-public and public-private cooperation and for the involvement of civic society and Innovative finance models.
