Implementation report on the testing framework Rel 2 and specification of Rel 3

This deliverable will report on the progress implementation achieved in the second version of the testing framework and provide the specification targeted by release 3 of the testbed. This deliverable will include inputs from developments carried out in WP3 and WP4.
