D4.2 describes the initial decentralized resources marketplace for the Cloud Computing Continuum, implementingthe governance rules defined in Task 1.3, market mechanisms and resource reservation. The release will alsocontain interfaces with the pipelines definition (WP3), the provisioning (WP5) and the frontend tools (T4.3).
