Applications and appliances repository v2

D4.3 describes the final release of the application and appliance repository, containing improvements based on the feedback from other work packages and tasks (in particular Task 4.3) and the complete set of features for code signature, traceability and verification. D4.3 also describes the provisioned resources for the business cases.
