Blockchain-based decentralized marketplace v2

D4.4 describes the final release of the decentralized resources marketplace for Computing Continuum, including improved interfaces based on the feedback from other work packages and tasks. In addition, it will feature smart contracts and oracles for collecting hardware and performance metrics, and validating SLAs on the blockchain.
