Description: Report in English presenting the results of process-based LCA of FVCs and improvements obtained throughout the project period. Objectives: to quantify environmental restoration and climate change mitigation services from restorative safe and healthy food production systems and associated green growth opportunities Content:The report wil analyse cost and benefits of innovative solutions for transforming urban metabolism of food consumption and associated environmental impacts from food surplus, loss and waste into zero waste sustainable food production systems.
