Summary
To enable an early and wide sharing of results, I will make appropriate use of preprint servers such as bioRxiv, and upon publication of results I will target Open Access journals. In line with FAIR principles, data collected will be digitized, organized, and, where appropriate, included as supplementary material with relevant published research. All raw sequence data will be stored in publicly accessible repositories including EMBL-EBI ENA and NCBI, and will be referenced in relevant preprints and publications. Consistent with the goals of reproducible and open research, I will store documented, versioned code in a GitHub repository under the GNU general public license version 3. I will archive code used to run analyses on Zenodo, and cite the versioned DOI in the manuscripts.
