Report on the UNL state-of-the-art in EV

This task will include a set of short -term missions, which will be organized in order todeepen the knowledge about each of the participating institutions in the EVCA project. This task will start within the kick-off meeting in which the Partners will present their organization, individual strategy and achievements in EVs research. The first meeting, hosted by UNL, will be followed by guided visits to its lab facilities. The two other short-term visits to the Twinning partners (Institut Curie and CIC BioGUNE) will follow the same model and take place in the first semester of the project. These short-term missions aim at:- presenting the organizational models, track-record and strategy of the EVCA Partners;- deepening the preliminary SWOT analysis of the EVCA research at UNL;- benchmarking the Twinning partners for establishing the excellence standards and indicators.
