Management agreement

Report on strategy agreements made in first meeting in UNL where all participants and other interested partners are encouraged to participate. Management agreement for running EVCA will be outlined. The purpose is to ensure the project‘s activities and results are delivered in a transparent, effective and efficient manner, according to the highest quality standards, and a lean decision-making process. The Project Coordinator (PC, R. Matthiesen), assisted by the Project Co-coordinator (P. Pereira) and the Project Manager (PM, to be hired) will ensure at least a monthly communication within the consortium (via email, telephone, skype, teleconferences and physical meetings) with WP leaders, within each WP and also inter WP for a close and straight-forward articulation, as well as the communication with the EC. The communication with external stakeholders is covered in WP6. This task will also perform the monitoring and report on the overall project execution. An annual internal assessment of the project implementation will be performed together with the EAB to identify, anticipate and correct any possible deviations. Furthermore, we aim at defining and implementing a set of standard and systematic procedures, including a Quality and Risk Management Plan for continuous risk assessment.This will ensure the compliance with external and internal standards in force, as well as the assessment and monitoring of the project‘s progress. A Research Quality Assurance System will be established for UNL.
