Updated dissemination & exploitation plan and communication strategy as well as second reporting

Based on further feedback and lessons learned from communication activities, the dissemination & exploitation plan and communication strategy will be updated with the second project report. Reporting will integrate the reporting of KPI indicated in Chapter 2, Tables 2.2a and 2.2b
