The least-cost combination of ship emission controls not compromising marine and atmospheric environmental quality, differentiated by sea region

This deliverable identifies – for each sea region – the least cost combination of ship emission control technologies for a given environmental quality of air, water and the marine environment. Hence for each sea region there is a suggested set of technologies together with associated costs, emissions, and calculated impacts on air and water. This deliverable is related to task 7.3, taking up milestone 7.2 (M 40).
