Ranking of emission control scenarios by their cost-effectiveness

Emission control costs are calculated for all the scenarios defined in WP 1, complementing the pollutant emissions, health, land and marine impacts determined earlier. The outcomes are ranked by cost-effectiveness for each scenario and per sea region. The same is done for the five case studies. Thus, for each scenario and sea region or for each case assessed we have a set of comprehensive indicators for pressures, impacts and abatement costs. This deliverable is related to task 7.2, taking up milestone 7.1 (M 36) related to Task 7.1.
