Report on development, optimization and implementation of laser-sealing method to the fabrication of PSM

The report covers activities performed until M24 on T4.1, T4.2 and T4.3. Finite element model results will be reported for the mechanical stress and strain. Optimal conditions for the laser-sealing will be evaluated with standard tests, and results will be reported. Various deposition methods with minimal loss associated to the laser-sealing implementation will be explored by partners and results will be reported.
