Report on end-users' needs and relevant use cases

D1.1 presents the needs of different end users' (farmers, farmer associations, foresters, refugees, etc.), based on the information collected during workshops, surveys, interviews, etc. The deliverable describes a set of COMMECT use cases, identified to address the end users' needs.
