A repository of longitudinal plasma/serum, whole blood, swab, PBMCs and neutrophils from black South African individuals with and without HIV-1 infection (from Dec 2020 through different SARS-CoV-2 waves, dominated by specific viral variants (wave 1: ancestral D614G, wave 2: beta, wave 3: delta, and is ongoing).
