BIOTRAILS data repository (A)

This deliverable refers to task 3.1. The initial version (A) includes the data collection protocol, that outlines how the required datasets will be collected, stored and structured. The data integration protocol, which is also part of this deliverable, will describe the management of a large amount of heterogeneous data that will be collected and used in BIOTRAILS.
