Report on the prioritisation of the identified limits, as well as the preliminary guidelines and policy recommendations

This public report will provide an overview of the work that will be conducted within Task 1.3. Specifically, it will present previously identified limits that will be prioritized through pairwise comparisons based on expert judgments. Also, this report will include a list of preliminary guidelines and policy recommendations to be developed and used in WP4.
