Summary

Software architecture of GLocalFlex marketplace & its communication protocol specification for the flexibility trading will be made public. This D4.1 will report the software development work carried out in T4.1, T4.2 & T4.3. TUDO will collect the info from VTT (T4.1 & T4.2) to make a combined report.
