Report on legal framework and requirements

This report will present an overview of the law applicable to online platforms for data sharing and the legal implications of (fully) automated contracts. Beyond the current applicable law, the analysis will also take into account the latest legislative and policy initiatives regarding digital services and data sharing activities and, provide recommendations.
