D4.3 Toolkits (incl. matchmaking system) for Transition Super-Lab Roadmap Implementation

This Deliverable will consist of a blueprint for a Super-Lab Roadmap based on an iterative learning process. Lessons learned from the participating TSLs (WP3) and beyond via a “User Forum” (WP6) will be integrated into its development. A first version will be developed in month 12, a second version in month 24.
